Honoring Justice Shama H. Mesiwala at Sacramento Valley ABOTA’s Annual Judicial Reception

On April 23, 2026, Sacramento Valley ABOTA held its Annual Judicial Reception at the Demas Family Home. Members, honored guests, and members of the judiciary gathered to celebrate Sacramento Valley ABOTA’s Judge of the Year, Justice Shama H. Mesiwala, along with Clerk of the Year, her Judicial Assistant, Jenna Swartzendruber.

The atmosphere was both meaningful and celebratory, as colleagues and friends came together to recognize the dedication, excellence, and impact of those who serve the judicial system. Attendees enjoyed great conversation, excellent food and drinks, and a shared sense of community.
